The permit is pulled. You're the next call.

A note from James

Next Project Leads is small on purpose. I collect the permits, check them, and send each ZIP to one company per trade. If something in your list looks wrong, reply and I'll fix it. You'll be talking to me.

Check your area

Live now in North Texas. Somewhere else? Ask for a sample anyway. We'll check your area and tell you honestly within two business days.

Tell us your trade and area. We'll email you 25 complete leads from the last 30 days. The rest of the month's leads show the block only, so you can see how many there are.

Area we don't cover yet? Ask anyway. If we build it, the first business in your trade to ask gets first claim for 14 days after it opens, if they sign up.

Questions

Where do the permits come from?

Public building-permit records from city and county offices: McKinney, Lewisville and Denton from the cities, the other Collin County cities from county records, and unincorporated Denton County from the county's monthly reports. We read them, sort them by project, and send each trade the ones that lead to its work.

Do you include homeowner names or phones?

No. Addresses and neighborhoods only. You mail to "Current Resident" or knock doors. We never sell or share homeowner contact details.

How is this different from lead sites?

Lead sites sell one homeowner's request to several companies. We send you the homes where a permit was just pulled for a project that leads to your trade, and only you get them in your ZIPs.

Do you only cover North Texas?

That's where we're live today. Ask from anywhere: we'll check your area and tell you honestly within two business days what we can do. If we build it, the first business in your trade to ask gets first claim for 14 days after it opens, if they sign up.

When do new homes show up?

By default when they're finishing, 4 to 7 months after the permit, when the family is moving in. If you sell to builders, you can get them as soon as they're permitted, or both.

What if a month is slow?

Your price is set from the 3-month average and checked every quarter. If your ZIPs slow down, your bill drops. It never goes up mid-term.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Month to month, no contract.
